Our New Zealand and Australian guided tours present aspects that make experiences especially interesting for visitors. We cater for small to larger tours, providing intimate experiences at out-of-the-way destinations. For over 20 years we have established strong relationships with New Zealand and Australian specialists all over the world through diverse and customised tours and outstanding customer service. We provide the ultimate experience for individuals and a range of special interest tours.
Culturally Attuned: A vast majority of our field and office staff originate from a variety of countries and are very familiar with several cultures. This enables us not only to understand our clients but also facilitates the fine-tuning of tailor made arrangements and products. Our services include foreign language guiding catering to cultural differences, whilst always ensuring a truly New Zealand experience. Our friendly and highly trained Driver/Guides offer a wealth of knowledge and provide information about flora & fauna, Maori and national history, geology, day by day living and current affairs in the native language of our clients.
Trade affiliation: Our long-lasting and strong connections to the trade in NZ enable us to provide with access and advice on NZ’s best travel products and packages. We have been attending the annual tourism showcase TRENZ for 20 years.
Memberships: Operating our own fleet of minicoaches we are a member of Bus & Coach Association. For many years we have been a member of TECNZ (Tourism Export Council) and NZTIA (NZ Tourism Industry Association) and are a recognised Qualmark Inbound Operator.
