Museum Galleries
Our galleries are a must see, showcasing the fascinating and unique, biggest and best from around the world. Catch a glimpse of daily life in an early Southern Māori coastal village, see the most comprehensive collection of articulated moa skeletons in the world, and a suit of armour worn by a Kiribati warrior. Step back in time in the Victorian-style Animal Attic, and step into the future in our digital Beautiful Science Gallery. The best way to see the Museum is on a daily or pre-booked tour with our entertaining, informative and knowledge Guides.
